McDonald, the administrater with the ■will unnexed of said estáte, comes into court and represent. that he is non prepared to render his final acrount as sueh administra'or. Kowley and George V. Ëddy of iVliddlenort, in said couuty, oí the s' oond part, which said morttragé was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Washtenaw in liber 74 of raortgages, on page -4C9, on the 16th day of August, 1892, at 8 o'clock a. m. And wbereas, the amnunt claimed to be due on siiid mortgage is the aura of nine bundred and ouc and twenty one hundredths dollars (ÍD01 20i of principal and interest, and the further sum of twenty-flve dollars as au attorney fee, agreeable to the statute in such case made and provlded, and which is the hole amount claimed to be due and unpaid on said moitgage, and no suit or proceedlng having beeu iustituted :it law to recover the debt now remaining secured by said mortgage, Ot any part thereof, whereby the power of sale oontained in said mortgafre has become operative.
