Kowley and George V. Ëddy of iVliddlenort, in said couuty, oí the s' oond part, which said morttragé was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Washtenaw in liber 74 of raortgages, on page -4C9, on the 16th day of August, 1892, at 8 o'clock a. m.
