Three Hand-car Men Killed

ELKIN8, W Vu., June 17.- Ou the Dry Fork raüroad, near here, eome men undertook to run down grade on a lumbar car. The car got beyond tbeir control, and they saved uhemsolves by jumping. The car, however, wenc on and struck a hand-car with iive men on it, The dead are John Daily, Michael Kattorman and Felix Kay. Mortally hurt, Soloinon Willoughby.
