The company has obtained a writ of garnishment preventing Rockdfeller froiu paying to Merritt $y40,000, the amuunt ot the judgment obtained against Bockefeller in Minnesota last week. The barge company claims to hold notes oí Merritt tor more than the amount oí the judgment. Rockefcller is heavily interested in the barge company.
