Parade Of Union Veterans

Lima, O., Aug. 8.- The annual parade of the Union Veterans' unión,', which Ís holding its annual meeting here, althougli an im poging spectacle showed man; laltering steps in the ranka. Governor Morrill, of Kansas, and General E. fi. Hobaon, of Keutucky, vvere the speakers of the day. Governor Morrill said that wbile the government had been generous in some particalarg in many others it had boen niggardiy and dishonest in dealing with the old soldiers. Hon. W. B. Richie, supreme chanoellor of the Knights of Pythlas, said that nis order contained 40,000 citizen soldiers trained in the regular army drill, and ready to respond fio their oountry's needs.
