Raports sent in to The Ropublic are to tho effect thal every saloon iu Fulton is oloaed by order of the mayor, aud will reraain closed uatll af ter it is known whether or not Divers will be taken baok there. All the roads leading into Fulton are guarded by squads of men, nnd all trains passing through the town are watohed and gearched. All business in Fulton is at a standstill, and nearly all the men are armed, waiting and more than willing to mob tho negro. If Divers ia taken in the day time he will ba held until night, tled in a oabin and the toroh applied. This has been agreed upon.
