COMO, Coló., Aug. 15.- Bill Gibson, who shot and killed Marshal Shea at Victor, and hls brother Patrlok, whom ho (reed from custody, are in Fair Play and ofifor to surrender on condition that they shall not bu taken to Viotor, where they say they would be hanged without a hearing. Tho Fair Play authorities are afraid to attempt to arrest them.
