Clergue has purchosed outright the rlghtof-wayof the old St. Mary's Falls Water Power company whioh, after expendlng $'50,01.10 ou the canal levon yeara ago etopped wurk on account of luck of fuuds. Later tho eaual was sold under mortgaga foreolosure and the last sale was made by the mortgageos. The amount pald was $70,000.
