K. E. Spangier is in charge, and a I oircular letter is ín the oourse of preparation whioh will be mailed to snoh party leaders throughout the state as are not suspected of being for free silver. The letter will be the first step toward llning np the men in the party who are tor "iound money." The next move will be in the dlrection of organizatlon.
