At a session oí the Probate Courtfor the County of Wasbtenaw, holden at the Probato Office in the city of A nn Albor, on Monday, the 12fcb day of August, in the year one thouand eight hundred and ninety-nve. Present, J. Willard Babbtt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Adelaide Anthony, deceasod. Warren Kimble, the adrainistrator of said estáte, comes into eourt and represents that he is now piepared to vender his final aocount as such adrninistrator Tbereupon it is ordered ihat Toesday, the third day of September next, at 10 o'ciock in the forenoon,be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the helrsat lawof said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a ses8ion of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account shoulü not be allowed: And it is further ordered that said Administrator give notice to the persons interested in said eetate, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causiug a copy of this order to be published in the Aun Arbor Argus. a newspaper printed and cireulating in said county, two successive weeks previous to said day of hearJ. Barry, Oounty Drain Commissioner of the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, will, on the 26thday of August, A. D. 1895, at the lower end of Drain. in said Township of Augusta, at ten o'ciock in the forenoon of that day, proceed to receive bids for the cleaniug out of a certain drain known and deslgnated as "West Branch of the Bis Mareb Dram." located and established in the said Township of Augusta, and described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the lower end, where said Drain emptles into the Big Marsh Drain on the Asa M. Darling estáte, in the s. w. quarter of the n. e, quarter of Sec 14, following tlie line of said Drain in a northwesterly direetion totlie upper end, whloh is on the west. side of the highway, on East Monroe road, on tbe 8. e. quarter of the n. e. quarter of Sec. 10. Said job will be let by sections. The seclion at the outlet of the Drain will belet flrst, . and the remaiuing sections in their order up stream, in accordauce wlth the diagram nouon fllc with the other papers pertalning to said Drain, in the office of the Drain Commissioner. to which reference maybe had by a il partios interested, and bids will be made and received accordingly. Contracts will be made with the lowest responsible hiddergivinji adequate sccurity for the performance of the work, in a sum then and thero to be fixed by me reserving to myself the right to rejoct any and all bids. The date for the oomple tion of such contract and the terms of payment therefor, shall be announced at the time and place of lettinir. Nntice in further hereby given, That at the time and place of said lettiug, or at euch other time and place thereafter to which 1, the Drain Commissioner aforesaid, may adjourn the same, the assessments for beneflts and Una landseotnprised within the "West Branch of the Big Marsh Drain Special Assessment District," will be subject to review.
