The Hay & Todd Manufacturing Co. of Ypsilanti have made a defiuite propositionjin refereuce to putting in a branch factory in Ánn Arbor. For a bonus of $6,500 it will invest $15,000 in improvements on a building that it has in view, and will employ a hundred hands within a year. In f act, mate the establishment as large as the parent factory iu Ypsilanti. Now all that remains is for the citizens to put their hands down into their poakets and put up the mouey. Then the matter will be settled in short order. From all that can be learned it will be a very good iDdustry for the city and one which the citizens should cousider well before they let it pass to another place.
