Peoeia, Hls., Sept. 19.- Out of nearly 100 delégate to the central Illinois M. E. oonference interviewed by a reporter but twoot three were opposed to ailmitting womeu to the general conference. There is no doubt that the conference will vote for their admlsslon. The delegares very generally favor the amendment abolishlshing the itinerai-y system. The Rev. H. lv. Metcalf, of Bushnell, was elected secret a iy of the conference and the Rev. L. F. Culloni statistical secretary. S. Van Pelt, of Onarga, was elected treasurer.
