STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTT OP WasHtenaw, ss. Ata session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 2Sd day of September, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five. Present, J. WUlard Babbitt, Judjre of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Elvira Johnson and Vena Johnson, minors. Veeder L. Shankland, the guardián of said wards, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his fínal account as such guardián. Thereupon it 8 ordered, that Tueeday, the 22d day of Ootobert nezt, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and tbat the next of kin of said wards and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear ala session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said accountshould not beallowed. And it is further erdered, that said guardián give notice to the aersons interested in said estáte, of the pendency f said account, and tbe hearing thereofby causng a copy of this order to be publisbed in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaperprinted and circuuting in said county three sucoesslvo weeks previous to said day ot hearing.
