Cikcinnati, Sept. 26.- Ex-Governor James E. Campbell, Democratie candidate for govenior of Ohio, had a long interview with President M. E. Ingalle ot the Big Four railroad The faot of the interview is regarded as significant, but the substance of it is unobtainable. Mr. Ingalls would only say: "Campbell Is in fine spirits and very hopeful. He and I were apart a few years ago, but we are together this f all."
