Philadelphia, Oct. 3. - The four-story building at the northeast corner of Broad and Noble streets, occupied by Horn, Brannon, Forsythe & Co., manufacturera of gas and electric flxturos, was totally deBtroyed by flre. The loss is estimated at $100,000; fully insured. The flnn employed about 250 men and a number of them were working on the top floor when the fire broke out. They escaped In safety.
