May Be Sentenced To Death

Decatur, Ills., Oot. S.- Charles N. Smith, who killed his child and sister-inlaw, Edna Buchert, was arraigned In oourt charged wlth inurder. He pleaded guilty to the charge as to the child, but not guilty as to the sister-in-law. The belief is that the judge will pass sentence of death Monday, only nine days after the murder.
