COLUMBDS, O., Oct. 8.- Charles F. Kline, known as the prlson inventor, who has patented a telephone transmitter, has been paroled from the Ohio penitentiary. Kline was genteneed for' life under the habitual criminal act. He is the first life man to be pardoned.
