Hon. Benton Hanchett, of Saainaw, recognized as one of the very foremost lawyers of the state, advises the regents that the law pending for the removal of the homeopathio college to Detroit is unconstitutional. He bases his opinión on the faot that the governor did not sign it within the constitutional time. He also claims that the regents are a oonstitntional body beyond legislativo coütrol, withjpowers defiued by the constitution. Evideutly the regents will not incur the expense of reinoving the ooilege to Detroit, if the $25,000 appropriation is to be unavailable.
