Lebr, bruther of Wiliiamn Lohr, were: Mr. anti Mrs. Lebr and son, Mr. and Mrs. Sohímd, Mr. and Mrs. Schulz, Mrs. Kirohgessuer aud Mr. Miller. The suramer of "All Saints" has arrived in pvogressive Milau, greatly to the joy of the inhabitants hereof. Mrs. Cadmus, of Tecnmseh, is the guest of her grand-daughter, Mm. Ganutlett, of Wilcox street. Dr. Calhoun and wife have moved into one of Mrs. J. Blakeslee's houses on Mariau street. Mrs. Perry Robinson, of Detroit, is the guest of Mrs. Chas. Clark, on County street. Mrs. A. B. Stuith ha retumed from her visiting tour. Rev. H. F. Snier and family were the recipients of several gifts at a pouud social FrJday evening. Mell Barnes, of Tecumseh, visited Milan Saturday. MrsRouse entertained gnests from Lodi the last of the week. The W. C. T. ü. met with Mrs. Arohie Gauntlett, Thursday afternoon. The "Old Genesee" oompany gave a fine entertainment Friday evening at Gay's opera honse. Miss Cornelia Chapin, of Scio, is the guest of her brotber, Dr. S. Chapin, and family. Attorney G. R. Williams, who was on the siok list last week, is out again. Mrs. Nellie Whaley is quite ill. The K. of P. orgauized a lodge here last week and cali themselves Milan lodge No. 188, K. of P. The following officers were elected : Chancollor commander, Charles Steidle; vice ohancellor, Geo. D. Chandler, Freíate, Rev. Henry F. Shier; rnastsr of work?, S. Thurlow Blackmer; keeper of reoords and seáis, Chas. H. Tyler; master of finance, Milton W. Hitcbcock ; master of excheqner, Elvin Gauntletc; master at arms, Webb Blackmer; inside guard, Kenneth P. Alderman; ontside guard, Frank Hunt. The organization starts out with twenty enterprisiüg members. Win. Minto and family have moved here from Corunna. Mrs. Chas. Gauntlett was in Ann Arbor Mondav. uur ivxuuuav. Miss Cora MoG-regor's school is out for a vaoation. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Gauntlett have the honor of entertaining Hon. Washington Gardner duriug his stay in Milan. The Milan Lecture conrse opens Friday night with a lectnre by Hon. Washington Gardner, seoretary of state. Subject, "The Struggle for Chattanooga." Thieres were in town, or near here, VVednesday evening. They visited Will Young's house to tbs tune t f $313 in cash.
