At a session ot tbe Pro bate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. on Tuesday, the ljth day üf October, in the yeat one thousand eight hundred aud ninefy-five. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate Id the matter of the estáte of David G. Kose deceaaed. On reading and fiïing the petition. duly veri6ed of Emma G. Taylor.et al praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purportingto be the last will and testament and ■codicil ithereto of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administration of said estáte may be grauted te Ella E. Rose and Charles A. JJuncan, the executorsin said will named, orto soine otber stiitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the llth day of November, next, at ten o'elook in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, Iegatees and heirs at lawof said deceased, and uil other persons interested in said estáte are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show canse if any there be, why the prayer of tbe petitioner should not be grantcd: And it is further ordered that said petitioner give not ice to the persous interested in said estáte of the pendency oí said petition and the hearing thereoffy causingacopy of this order to be published in the Ann Arboe Argus, a newspaper pnntei and circulated in said county, three succesBive week previous to said day of hearing.
