DüBLIN, Nov. 14.- There are 100 delegateg present at the maetingofthc Irisli National Fedcration called to oonskler the resolution expolliug Mr. T. M. Healy from i.hat thafc organization. This is a result of the charges of treachory whicb Mr. Healy made against the Irish parliamentary party at the Nationalist convention at Omagh, County Tyroue, in Julj last, when he accused Mr. John Dillon ol selling Tyrone to the Knglish party. The motion oí Mr. Hoaly to admit represen tatives of the press to the meeting wns rejooted. Mr. Healy was reeently removed for the same cause from membership in the executive committee of the Irish National league of Great Britain.
