Peovidence, R I., Nov. 14.- The thirteenth annual Baptist congress opened in the Central Baptist church hero with a large attend.uice oL delegatos froni all parts of the country. The sessions are to continue until Thuisday night. The one general subject to be diseussed during the congress is that of missions, especially home missions.
