LouisviLLE, Nov. 28 - Governor-elect Bradley has awarded to Leslie county the silk fl.ig offered by him to thé county giving tho largest Bepublican vote in proportion to the total vote cast. Leslie gives him 00 pur cent. of its total voto. Jackson was tt olose sacond, giving 89 per cent. Owsley gavo 87 per cent.of its total vote to the Kepublican candidute, and Whitley 81 per cent. The flag will be prosented soon with appropriate ceremonies.
