Barcelona, Nov. 28.- A sensation has been caused here by the action of the Republican leaders, who have decided to cali a great meeting for the purpose of condemning the policy of the government in Cuba. It is proposed to issue a maniíesto demanding autononiy for Cuba as a sure means of conoluding the war on the island.
