Miss Florence Chapin gavo an interesting party to her frieuds Thauksgiving evening. Eev. M. H. MoMabon, of Piuckuey, was in the town Tuesday, shaking hands with his mauy firends. Mrs. G. R. Williams attended a family reuniĆ³n at 29 East Williams street, Ann Arbor. Thanksigivng night. The ohildren of Mr. and Mrs. J. Spragne were all at home - Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Markham, of Ann Arbor, Will E. Spragne and family, of St. Louis, Mo., Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Goodrich aud Mrs. G. R. Williams, of Milan. It is needless to state tb at a jolly time was the resnlt of this meetinir Mrs. L. Clark is still very ill. Mrg. N. Whaley hasthe typhoid fever. JMr. aud Mrs. E. Hinkley returned Sunday fiora their Belleville visit. Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Kelly have re turned froni their Toledo sojourn. Mr. and Mrs. H. Sill'and family re truned Friday from their Lansing trip Chas. Pullen has sold out his interes in tho city meat market to J.Lockwood Webb Blaokmer bas bought out D Van Wariner's meat market. J. R. Marble has sold out his groeery store to S. T. Blackmer. Qeo. Minto bas bought out S. T Blackmer's interest in the clothing store. Wm. Needham and son have bough out. the bakery businoss of S. T. Black nier. Mr. MnKay is visiting in Bad Axe. The Presbyterian ladies will hav their fair the fourteenth of this month Mr. Farris will lecture at the Milan opera house tonight.
