Charleston, W. Vra., Dec. 25.- The G. A. R. post and two Confedérate Vetoran caiups, together with citizcns, met and adopted resolutions upholding President Cleveland in his Monroe doctrine. The veterans also resolved to offer their united. strength to dcfend the country in Oivse of war with Bngland.
