Philadelphia Jan. 9. - A party of state officials left this city on the midnight train ovor tho Pennsylvania railroad for St. Lucia, Fla., whero they will be the guests of Senator Quay. The senator owns a cottage at this resort and two weeks will bo spent in fishing, boating and gunning on the Iiuiian river and its tributarios. Tho party was joined at Washington by Senator Quay and Lym.in D. Gilbeit of Harrisburg. ■
