New YORK, Jan. 16. - The four-story building oocupied by the roofing concern of Tobias C. New, 531 to 539 East Nineteenth streef was destroyed by flre Tucsday night. The firemen beiieve that the flames started by spontaneous combustión. The total loss to building and stock is estimated at $75,000, which is only purtially covered by insurance.
