Nineteen People Drowned

DOVER, Jan. 16.- The steamship Cesgar of Barcelona has been sunk in collision with the Germán ship Nereus, and nineteen of her crew were drowned. The Nereu9 which left Iquique on Oct. 2 for Hamburg has been towed into a place of gaCety. 'L'he collision occurrod in a fog off Ramsgate.
