At a session of the Probate Court lor the Oounty of Washtenaw, bolden at the Probate Office in the City of Ant Arbor, on Tuesday,the i4th day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and uinety-six. Present. J. Willara Babbitt, Judire of Protiaie. In the matter ot the estáte of Elizabeth Everest, deceaed. Caroline Everest surviving executrix of the last "will and testament of said (ieceased, comes ídlo court and represente thai she is now preoared to render her linal account aB such exeeutrix. Thereupon H is ordered thut Tuesuay, the llth day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forertoon, be assiijned tor examining and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other peraons interested in aaid estáte, are required to pppear at a aeat-ion of said court,then o be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Arm Arbor, in sïiid county,and show cause, ïiany there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is furtber ordered, that said exe'jutrix give notice to the peraons interested in said estáte of the pendeney of said account, aud the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of thisoider to bc published in the Ann Arbor ArtGU8,a newspaper printed andcirculating in said county, three successive weeks previous to eaid day ot hearing.
