Barney Keenan's snore has lost him a wife. The public at large may not have been aware of what a portentons, ponderous inflation of the lungs Barney had when he forgot to pnt the clothea pin on his nose at night ; bnt Mrs. Baruey Eeenan knew and she told Judge Kinae about it in the circuit court and be on Monday granted a divorce cbiefly on the ground that she could no longeï abide with Barney on acount of his lire boat shriek propensities when in the land of nod. The eouple hail from Chelsea aud were married on Thanksgiving day in 1894. Mrs.Keenan waa considerably yonnger than her huiband, her age being about 35, while he had seen the blossoms of springtimo and the sheavos of harvest time for almnst twice as m any yeara. The oourtship is said to have been only of three days' standing when the marriage tie was prononnced. Immediately after Keenau began getting in his little snore by night and, according to Mrs. Keenan, he ootnmencod showing an unoontrollable temper by day. She sned for alimony as well as divorce and Judge Kinne gave her a permanent alimony of $1500.
