Ohio Anti-saloon Congress

COLUMBUS, Jan. 28. - The Ohio AntiSaloon congress oponed iu this city Tuesday night with two big meetings, one at the Board of Trade auditorium and the other at the First Congregational church. At the Board of Trade Bishop Watterson delivered the address of welcome. Rev. Father McCleary of Minneapolis, national president of the Catholic Total Abstineace nnion, delirered tha principal address. At the First Congregational ohurch the principal address was inade by Rev. Francis E. Clark of Bosfeon.
