Henry Ostrom, the celebrated evangelist and fellow associate with B. Fay Mills iu several remarkable meetings, is expected to begin a series of speoial servicesjin the First M. E. Church of this oity, Saturday, evening Feb. 8. Mr. Ostrom is aceompanied with one of he sweetest singeis and has seen wonderfnl effects follow his meetings in every place. Last week he closed a meeting in Indianaplis of whioh the Indianapolis Journal says : "The large auditorium has been irowded. It was a crowd such as bas been seen at meetings here only when condtioted hy such evangelsts as Moody or Sam Jones. This has been one of the most thorough and remarkable revivals ever held in ;his city and its resulta seem to reach 'arther and deeper than most meetings of its kind. The object tbroughout has been to appaal to the intelleot rather :han the sympathies and emotions of the people. "
