The revival meetings at the M. E. hnroh are still in operation withquite good snccess. G. JR. Williams is quite ill with heart trouble and la grippe. Mrs. Ohapin was called to Weston the first of the week on account of the illness of her father, Ira Remmington. Eev. H. F. Shier is quite ill with la grippe. Miss Clark, a Utah missionarv,spoke to the ladies of the Baptibt churoh Wodnesday afternoon. ' Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Sill left for Detroit Wednosday morniug for a protracted visit. Mrs. ,T. Pool is quite ili. Mrs. L. Clark visited friends in the onntry Taesday. Chas. Schruit has the plate glass Windows in his new store on River street. Mr. Stodclard hurthis left hand quite seriously the first of the week by the hamruer ooming down and nearly ernshing it. He was at work putting áown a well for Mr. Lewis on Hurd treet. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. JRouse have retnrned frona their Detroit visit. Mrs. H. W. Hack and son James érove to Dandee Saturday and spent nnday with Prof. and Mrs. Geo. A. Dennison. Mrs. C. Dentón entertained guests at áinner Tuesday. ..Indian clubs are in order at present iö progressive Milan. The Masonio valentino sooial and banquet are the itams of oonversation at present. Mr. and Mrs. Dehenham are entertaining guests froin out of town.
