Itwas not theresnltof wealth or emiueut intellectual talent, but almost wholly from sonnd practical piety and uncommon good sense. Her field was her home. She was faithful to God in training her children, and in oonsequence was blessed in them. Bnt f or the Epworth home there would have been 110 John Wesley for Methodism and the ohurch of God. But ior Susannah Wesley there would have been no Epworth home. Let the League study her lif e and discover the secret of its power in her acquaintance and life with Christ.
