Miss Pauuie Leidesorf of San Francisco no longer dreads downpours of rain and rifts of snow. She has adopted a dresa 'which she considers perfect for the braving of storms. Bloomers are its most conspicuous feature. They are of navy blue cloth and fall well below the knee, where they are met by leggings of the same shade. The rest of the costume consista of a black jacket, a black and yellow hat and a black serge skirt lined witb moreen, but not stiffened with it. Miss Leidesorf thro-ws it over her arm when walkirig and drops it when in stores. In tbe former position the hem of it does not reach the knee.
