KlNGSVILLE, Mo., Feb. H7.- James B. Eans, an 18-year-old boy, was shot and instantly killed sii milos from here Tuesday by Millard James, an ageil star route oontraotor. Soihb trouble between Evans and a younger momber of the James 'amily, was the cause of the killing. James, who has been rogarderl as slightly doniented, made his escapo.
