Braun was for going into the house to get his overcoat, but Walker immediately became worse and shouted that somebody was endeavoring to interfere with the United States mail. Braun did not wait to get his overcoat but jnmped into the vehicle and drovo on to town. Postmaster Beakes was iaformed and he at onoe oommunioated with Adam Menth, one of Walker's bondsmen. Menth seoured the services of Wilson Proctor to take the place temporarily. Walker was adjudged insane in probate conrt this week and was Btaying with frieuds in the city until thore was a vacancy in the Pontiao asylum. Yesterday he grew more violent and had to be removed to the jail.
