Steidle; assessor, J. L, Marble. Citizens' Ticket - President, W. H. Whitaiarsh; trustees, C. Gauntlett, O. A. Kelley, J. Doyle;olerk, G.M. Hitchcock ; treasurer, O. Kelsey ; asssesor, J. H. Ford. Next Monday is election day. Mrs. W. H. Whitaiarsh and daughter retnrned to Ann Arbor Monday. The Baptist ladies beid their tea sooial at the residence of Mrs. Mary Hacks, on County street, Wednesday. Mrs. Dehesshun gave a pleasant pedro party Monday evening in honor of her Oh i o guests. Mrs. H. F. Shier entertained guests at a six o'clock dinner Saturday evening. It veas a pleasaut and social event. Gunste were present from Ann Arbor and Milan. Clarenoe Wilson has returned from his sojonrn at Shepard, Mich. Mrs. Geo. Minto left Tuesday for Vernon, Mich., where she will vi&it her mother, Mrs. Wilkinson, for a few weeks. Prof. and Mrs. Carrick spent Saturday and Sunday in Petersburg and Dundce. Mr. and Mrs. Milfon Hack spent Sunday in Dundee with Prof.Dennison. Artlmr Delaforce entertained friends Tuesday evening. Mrs J. Lockwood is visiting friends in Rollin for a few days. Mrs. Erve Case is visiting Detroit friends. Floyd Robiuson left Friday for the Agricultural College.
