The Elks held a Sooial Session last evening aud the amount of fun they had found no limit. Among the gnests present was "Mr. O'Grady, of Bay City." He had a rioh Irish brogue and he and Mr. Snllivan,of Detroit, beoame fast friends, for "O'Grady's" ideas on home rule fitted with Snlüvan's to a T. It was not nntil well aloug in the evening that " Mr. O'Grady's" identity was discovered. He had to acknowledge the oorn and admit that "Mr. O'Grady, of Bay City," was Mr. Ward, Ann Arbor's street commissoner.
