May Render 8,000 People Idle

APPLETON, Wis., March 12.- The gor ernment has notifled all mlü owners on the Fox river that the water on the river must ba at the crost of Menasha dam on April 15. Unless hnavy rain fall this cannot be ssoured without a total suspen eion of milling operatlons. This wil make f ully 8,000 persons idle where milis are not provided with steam powsr.
