Bishop Satterlee Consecrated

New York, March 20.- The Kav. Dr. Henry Yates Satterleo was Wednesday consecrated as the first bishop of the Protestaut Episcopal diocese of Washington, D. C. The ceremony was pjrfonned in Calvary churoh, of which Dr. Satterlee has been the rector since 1S82. Bishop Arthur Cleveland Coke presided, assisted by Bishops Potter and Paret. Bishop Huntington of central New York preachid the sermón. Nearly 500 persons took part in the procession, which was led by jtudents from the upper classes of the 3eneral Theological sominary. Admis-' ïion to the church was by card only.
