The 10:30 a. m. service at St. Thomas' cburch laat. Sunday was attended by fnlly 1,000 people, the congregation embraeing not only the menabers of that church, but many others who had goue to hear the beautiful music of the mass, ooinposed by J. J. McClellan, director and oragnist. An orchestra of 14 pieces, among whom was Mr. Lamber t, a fine 'cello player from Detroit, and a choir of 14 voices with Miss Josephine G-affney, Miss Alta M. Beacb, B. St. James and Joseph Kelly as soloists, and Miss Ellen M. Clarken, harpist.rendered the exquisite music with trne artistic taste and feeling Mr. Peterson, basso, of Detroit, also sang with the choir.
