Kaxsas City, April 9.- Complete returns from ïuesday'3 city elección give jones, the Republican A. P. ,A. oandidate for mayor, a majority of 1,673 over Xumpf, Independent-Democrat. With the exception of one member of the school board and four members of the lower iiouse the remainder of the Jones ticket ran ahead of him, receiving majorities rangiiiR from if'dO to J,80J. George S. Graham was elected president of the uppcr house; John J. Groen, treasurer; John G. Bishop, auditor; Fred W. Gifford, poiice judge; Charles K. Burnham, attorney. Frank A. Fuxon, Pop., for member áf the school board was elected over Taylor, Beb. ïhe lower council il evenly vidod, five Demócrata and flvo Republicana being elacted. So general was the scratching that the resul t was in doubt Qntil lato ïueaday evening and the final figures wore not had uiitü far attor inidnight.
