Estáte of Thomas Stewart. STATE OP MICHIGAN, COUNTY of TuBhtenaw,8. At a session of the Probate Court for the Oounty of Washtenaw, hoifieu at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor. on Tuesday, the Vnh day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Thomas Stewart deceased. On readintrandflling the petition, duly verified, of Samuel Stewart, praying that administration of said estato my be granted to himselt, or sonic other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Mondar the lltli day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be aasierned for the hearing of eaid pctition, and tbal the heirs atlaw of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are reqiiired to appear at a eession of said court then to be boldeD at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the praycr of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is lurthei ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof by oausing acopy of this order to be publiahed in the Ann Aubor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three succeasi ve weeks previoue to said day of hearing .
