Notice to Creditors. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF WASHtenaw-ss. Notice is hereby givon tlmt by an order of the Probate Oourt for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 2Sth day of March. A.D. 1896, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to preeent their claims agalnst the estáte of Cyrus Raymond late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ana Arbor for examlnatión and allowance, on or before the 2stii d:iy ol September next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court on the 2S)tb day of June and on the 28th day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days. On readinir and h'Iing the petition. duly verifled, of Maria Pollard, praying that admi nistration of said estáte may be sranted to John J. PoIhïi or some other suitable person.
