At a session of the Probate Court for the Oounty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Aon Arbor. oh Tuesday, the 101 h day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and mnety-six Present.J. Willara liabbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Thomas Stewart, deceased. On readinerandfilingthepetition, duly verifled, of Samuel stewart, praying that admiiiistration of said estáte raay be granted to lümseli, or some suitahle person.
