Suit Against The City

Eed Wixg, ilinn., April 30. - Papers have been served on Mayor Pieroe whereby this city is made defendant in a suit for dainages in the sum of $5,000 for injuries sustained by W. S. Park, who was run inio by a bicycle some months ago. The coniplaint states that ever sinoe the city saactioned the U8e of sidewalks outaide the ílre limita by bicyolists the walk s have been orowded with wheels, to the great danger of pedestrians. Park was severely injured by a wheel on Main street. The case is a new feature in wheeling law.
