Cleveland, April 30.- The firsfc blood of the cloakmakers' strike was shed ahortly after noon Wednesday. Four hundred sGrikers attacked several hundred non-union men and handled thetn very roughly. Patrol wagons with a largc detail of offioers were summoned and the men were flnally reseued. Three iaƫn were badly injured.
