D., 1896, duly issued ont of and under the seal of the Circuit Conrt for the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, for the sum of twó hnndred and flfty dollars (250), jn which writ Mary Reyer is plaintiff and Henry A. Neuhoff is defendaut! and which said writ was returnable on the 18th day of March, A. D. 1896, at the honr of ten o'clook in the forenooon of the said day.
