Included In The Civil Service

Washington, Muy 7.- Xho long expeoted order of tho president, inclucling in the civil service most of the offices now romaining outside of the classified service, was issued Wednesday at'ternoon. The order will include within the civil servico aboufc 30,000 adiitional govsrninent employés. Practically the ouly persons left outside the civil service will bo assistant secretarles, heads of bureaus and in a few cases privato secretarles and laborers. The order is to take effect immediately.
